Alice LeBlanc

Chief Quality, Supply Chain and Commercialization Officer

My purpose is: To inspire others to build positive, healthy relationships to better serve the community.

Alice LeBlanc became Chief Quality, Supply Chain and Commercialization Officer at Popeyes® Louisiana Kitchen in October 2009.

Alice LeBlanc became Chief Global Quality, Product Engineering and Supply Chain Officer at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen in October 2009.

Prior to joining Popeyes, Ms. LeBlanc worked at Papa John’s International as Vice President, Global Strategic Supply Chain and Quality Control Center Management from 2006 to 2009. During her tenure at Papa John’s, Ms. Leblanc delivered cost savings and streamlined the global supply chain and quality control functions, securing local and regional supply to assist the company in opening restaurants in numerous new countries.

From 1996 to 2006, Ms. LeBlanc provided supply chain management support to the YUM! restaurants in North America. From 2005–2006, she was Vice President of Centralized Purchasing for the Unified Foodservice Purchasing Co-op (UFPC), supporting all five Yum! Brand restaurant concepts. From 1998 to 2005, Ms. LeBlanc served as Vice President and General Manager at UFPC with both supply chain and program management responsibilities for more than 5,700 corporate and franchised KFC restaurants in the U.S. From 1996 to 1998, she was Vice President and General Manager for the KFC National Purchasing Co-op, supporting 130 Canadian franchisees and 800+ restaurants.

Prior to joining the YUM! Restaurant system, Ms. LeBlanc spent four years at Toronto-based Cara Operations Limited as director of Purchasing and Product Development. And before Cara, she spent seven years at PepsiCo Food Service International in Toronto as Director of Purchasing and Technical Services for Pizza Hut and Taco Bell.

Ms. LeBlanc sits on the board of directors for Supply Management Services (SMS), the Purchasing Co-op for Popeyes. She is also involved with the National Restaurant Association Supply Executive Council, the Women’s Foodservice Forum and the National Minority Business Council. In her spare time, she enjoys engaging in volunteer work with seniors.

Ms. LeBlanc holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from McGill University in Montreal, Quebec. She is married and has two sons.
